About Tribe
We’re a design, build and growth agency working with some of the UK’s most exciting DTC brands across food, drink, beauty, wellness and more. Our work lives at the intersection of creative craft and commercial smarts – building brands, websites and campaigns that drive serious results.
The Role
Our clients are visionaries – bold, ambitious and brimming with ideas. But big ideas need translating into action. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Account Manager who can help turn chaos into clarity. Someone who’s brilliant at comms, sharp on detail, and knows how to keep the wheels turning on complex projects and goals, without losing the fun.
You’ll sit at the heart of our client relationships and project delivery, working closely with our in-house design, build and growth teams to drive work forward and keep everyone in sync. From timelines and touchpoints to tight briefs and budgets – you’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as day-to-day contact for key client accounts
- Manage project timelines, schedules and delivery plans across multiple workstreams
- Maintain clear, proactive client communication and build trusted relationships
- Work closely with internal teams (design, development, paid media, retention) to coordinate project activity
- Support briefing, scoping and strategic planning conversations with clients
- Identify risks, flag issues early and keep projects running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing digital marketing or ecommerce projects
- Experience in ecommerce, Shopify or working within the Shopify partner ecosystem is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, conversion, and growth principles
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts
- Excellent communicator, able to build rapport with clients and internal teams quickly
- Commercially aware and able to balance client needs with delivery constraints
Why Tribe?
- Work directly with high-growth DTC and ecommerce brands
- Exposure to a wide range of projects across design, web and growth marketing
- Collaborative team environment with clear processes and experienced leadership
- Opportunity to grow your skills in digital strategy, client services and account growth
