Guud empowers women with knowledge, support, and menstrual cycle supplements for daily thriving. Tribe collaborates with Guud, aiding in international expansion, website surveys, and cart functionality updates for an enhanced user experience.

To support Guud’s growth, we refined their website’s user journey, optimising navigation, checkout, and subscription flows. By enhancing cart functionality and integrating customer feedback through surveys, we ensured a seamless shopping experience tailored to their audience’s needs.

Internationalisation

Guud Women is a Belgian company serving content to customers in Dutch, French, German and English.

Working with the Guud team we developed coding logic to serve content based on their location and language settings within the users browser, ensuring Belgium's (who comprise 85% of Guud's community) are served their preferred language of either Dutch or French automatically.

Cart redesign

Drawing upon elements of the internalisation work, Tribe redesigned the cart to provide a better user experience on mobile and clearly communicate shipping thresholds by location and language preference.

These changes are very flexible, allowing non-developers to change cart messaging and thresholds without developer input.

Building community

Guud pride themselves on being a warm and inclusive community which extends far beyond their website.

To further enhance their offerings, Guud entrusted Tribe with the design and development of a multimedia page to coincide with the launch of the companies podcast and book 'Het Cyclus Kompas'.
