Founded by ex-professional rugby player Darren O’Reilly and Dr. Brian Carson PhD, Whole Supp is built on a deep understanding of performance nutrition. Combining their expertise, they’ve developed a brand that makes it easier for people to fuel their bodies with high-quality superfoods – without compromising on convenience or taste.

International Subscription

Whole Supp needed a scalable, high-performing ecommerce platform to support their direct-to-consumer subscription model. With a focus on both the UK and European markets, the website was designed to provide a seamless customer experience across different regions, currencies, and devices.

Ecommerce Subscriptions

Healthy food and drink brands naturally align with subscription models, allowing customers to maintain positive dietary habits effortlessly. Whole Supp’s ecommerce solution was built on Shopify, integrating seamlessly with Recharge for flexible subscription management.

Customers can choose between single purchases or subscriptions with delivery intervals of 4, 6, or 8 weeks. The user-friendly customer portal allows subscribers to easily manage their orders – adjusting frequency, skipping deliveries, or canceling as needed – reducing friction and enhancing retention.

Mobile-First Experience

As with any modern ecommerce brand, mobile usability was a priority. The website delivers a fully responsive experience, ensuring customers get the same functionality, detailed product information, and intuitive navigation whether they’re shopping on mobile or desktop.

Multi-Currency

Expanding beyond the UK was a key goal for Whole Supp, requiring a seamless multi-currency setup. We developed a dual-store system, allowing transactions in both GBP and Euros. Customers visiting from EU locations are automatically redirected to the correct store, ensuring a frictionless checkout experience.

Whole Supp’s commitment to nutritional transparency was central to the website’s UX design. Product pages are structured to provide a clear and digestible breakdown of ingredients and nutritional benefits. The page hierarchy ensures that key selling points are highlighted first, with more in-depth information available as users scroll. This approach ensures clarity while reinforcing Whole Supp’s dedication to honest, evidence-based nutrition.
