Frozen Indulgence
A rebrand for Xin & Voltaire – a category-changing brand looking to bring the experience of a frozen sorbet cocktail to the UK. As they prepared to relaunch in the UK and debut in France, the team needed a visual identity and packaging system that made the concept immediately clear and irresistibly premium.
The Challenge
Despite award-winning recipes and breakthrough technology that freezes cocktails up to 14% ABV, the original brand left many wondering what a “cocktail sorbet” actually was. We needed to communicate – at a glance – that this is a bar-strength cocktail served in a softly frozen form. We also needed to re-imagine the brand colours as the flavour range was also extended.

Website refresh to align with the new identity- Packaging for seven flavours – two TUB sizes, dual-language (English and French)
- Investor deck design and production
- AI-generated photography assets for launch and investor use
- Custom-built promotional bike with integrated freezer for events and outdoor activation
Our Approach
We began with a bold, unifying visual language. A distinctive neon-green lid and accents run across every flavour, creating instant shelf impact and linking the range together. Clear, confident messaging highlights the ABV and positions the product squarely as a ready-to-serve cocktail, not just a dessert.
The website and investor deck carry the same design cues, combining luxury cues with contemporary energy. AI-generated photography assets capture the mix of art and alchemy behind the brand, while the custom promotional bike with built-in freezer gives the team a mobile stage to sample and sell the sorbets at events.
Embracing Contrasts
The creative concept for the brand is rooted in the product. Contrast and duality runs right through the essence of Xin and Voltaire. It’s both sorbet and cocktail, traditional and contemporary and it delights from first bite to last sip.
This concept defines our design direction as we embrace the contrast through our typography, colour palette and tone of voice. It is this consistent communication of the core idea that elevates the premium attitude across pack design, website and growth marketing.
The Outcome
Xin & Voltaire launched in France and re-entered the UK market with a cohesive brand identity that clarifies the product proposition, elevates its premium credentials and sets the stage for ambitious global growth.
