High-performance, doctor-led, clinically active skincare for hormonal skin. Made of More are changing the narrative around menopause with unpatronising, honest conversation with an edge.

Overview

It was clear from the get-go that Made of More had a strong ethos and a clear mission. Their skincare brand was not one to blend into the background with other faded, floral, lavender-scented skincare products. They wanted to make a statement with their unapologetic, liberating branding and packaging and their website needed also to pack a punch! We designed and developed a site that beautifully displayed their unique skincare products and educated their consumers about their HC+ Complex. A clinically proven group of actives present in the range which help to tackle skin symptoms associated with fluctuating hormones.

Clean and Impactful Design

As well as displaying a lot of product and ingredient-based information in a clean and considered way the site needed to remain uncluttered and align with their brand aesthetic. Working closely with their brand agency we navigated how best to utilise their stripped-back colour palette and impactful typography. Less was certainly more! Our aim was to design a site that reflected their brand personality. Liberating, unapologetic, rallying and jubilant.

The Made of More products are not only impressive in terms of their quality ingredients and targeted benefits for hormonal skin, but also come with some encouraging user trial results. We needed to weave these into the site designs as well as quotes from their team experts to help support their mission.

Clear, concise and fluid was the aim when it came to the user experience on the site. A bold and contrasting design system helped to style the user interface and has resulted in a clean yet impactful overall aesthetic.

Ingredient Focus

A particular requirement within the brief was around highlighting the science-backed ingredients and the unique benefits of each clinical active present in the product formulas. We created a flexible design layout which housed all the required information and compiled it into two sections, ‘by product’ and ‘by ingredient’. This allows the users to explore the key benefits in a way that suits their interests.
